At Petrarch, our love for architecture and architectural solutions is what drives us forward. Over the past 50 years, our reconstituted stone rainscreen has helped change the face of working and living space, and been showcased on numerous award-winning buildings, worldwide. And we\u2019re very proud of the fact.<\/p>\n

This year, Petrarch celebrates its 50th year anniversary. To mark the fact we\u2019re holding an architectural photo and drawing competition with three chances to win 3 special golden tickets throughout the year! Your golden ticket prize will give you the chance to take a birds eye view of our lovely Petrarch projects<\/p>\n

We couldn\u2019t think of a better day to start all this, than Valentine\u2019s. So get snapping, drawing, or painting. Share your most loved architectural image for the chance to win. Special points if you manage to find a Petrarch building to stand in front of!!!!! Here\u2019s the project list so you can familiarise yourself!<\/p>\n

Terms and Conditions of Competition<\/span><\/p>\n

The promoter is: Petrarch (company no.) whose registered office is at 5 Wainwright Close, Churchfields Industrial Estate, Saint Leonards-on-Sea, East Sussex, TN38 9PP<\/span><\/p>\n

The competition is open to residents whom reside in the countries of our distributors: United, England, Ireland, Scotland, Wales, US, Italy, Netherlands. All children who enter must have representation of an adult and accompanied by an adult aged 18 years or over including employees and friends\/family and must meet the following requirements (the \u201cEligibility Criteria\u201d):<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 a. reside in listed countries
\n\u2022 b. be represented by an adult with at least 18 years of age or older; and
\n\u2022 c. have access to the internet, and have access to the Microsite (defined below).
\n\u2022 Where the Entrant is under the age of 18, Entry to the competition must be submitted on behalf of and authorised by the Entrant\u2019s parent or legal guardian.
\n\u2022 one entry per household<\/span><\/p>\n

There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition and any purchase made will not increase the chance of winning.<\/span><\/p>\n

This Competition will run for the \u201cCompetition Period\u201d which shall be from 10.00 hours on 14th February 2022 until 16.00 hours on 4th March 2022 (the \u201cClosing Date\u201d). The winner will be notified the evening of the 4th March. By entering this Competition you are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions (\u201cT&Cs\u201d). The details of the Competition form part of these T&Cs. You should print and retain a copy of these T&Cs for reference. Any breach of these T&Cs may result in a prize being forfeited, at Petrarch\u2019 sole discretion.<\/span><\/p>\n

No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.<\/span><\/p>\n

The rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows:
\n<\/strong>Every person who meets the Eligibility Criteria (\u201cEntrant\u201d) shall be entitled during the Competition Period, to do the following in order to enter (entries will not be deemed complete unless this information is provided):<\/span><\/p>\n

1\/Take a photo and tweet a picture of your favourite piece of architecture @SolutionsPanel using #petrarchpassion<\/span><\/p>\n

2\/ Take a photo of yourself in front of a Petrarch project and tweet at @SolutionsPanel<\/span><\/p>\n

Or<\/span><\/p>\n

3\/ Post a picture of your Petrarch pic or favourite building on Linkedin using
\n#petrarchpassion and follow Petrarch on Linkedin<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n

Or<\/span><\/p>\n

4\/ Email your Petrarch or your favourite piece of architecture to info@petrarchpanels.com<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n

No bulk, software-generated, automatic, or third-party entries shall be accepted. Petrarchdoes not accept any responsibility for late, lost, delayed or damaged entries and cannot be held responsible in any such instance.<\/span><\/p>\n

The prize is as follows:
\n<\/strong>3 Golden Ticket Prizes will be won throughout the year, with the first being awarded on the 4th March 2022. The prize will be a hot air balloon ride for two and will be organised according to availability and weather conditions\/
\nThe prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
\nThe winning entry will be selected based on creativity of the entry. The decision of Petrarch will be final.<\/span><\/p>\n

The prize is non-transferable and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, promotions, or discounts. No part of the prize is exchangeable for cash or any other prize.<\/span><\/p>\n

Petrarch will make reasonable efforts to notify the winner of the Winner\u2019s Prize via the social medium chosen to enter the competition, no later than 4th March 2022. Petrarch is not responsible for information recorded incorrectly. If having made those efforts it is not possible to contact the winner, it reserves the right to offer the Prize to the next valid Entrant, who will be subject to the same terms and conditions.<\/span><\/p>\n

The name of the winner, will be obtainable for three months from the Closing Date upon application to Petrarch Petrarch Competition 2022\u2019 (Winners Details Request), to 5 Wainwright Close, Churchfields Industrial Estate, Saint Leonards-on-Sea, East Sussex, TN38 9PP.<\/span><\/p>\n

The promoter\u2019s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into. All images and drawings shared will be used without permission needed from the competition entrant for marketing purposes.<\/span><\/p>\n

The winner agrees to the use of his\/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current [UK] data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant\u2019s prior consent.<\/span><\/p>\n

All hot air balloon rides are limited to the countries in which our distributors reside and throughout the UK, England, Ireland, Scotland and Wales.<\/span><\/p>\n

These terms and conditions are subject to the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.<\/span><\/p>\n
