Part of a challenging 1400-home masterplan, Plot 6 is one of the largest developments at the Perry Barr Residential Scheme. Originally designed to house 6,500 athletes and officials for the Birmingham 2022 commonwealth games, the new village was designed with flexibility, accessibility and adaptability in mind.

The design balances contemporary architecture and smart interventions with traditional values to create an accessible environment. The existing public realm breaks down existing barriers and improves links to the wider area.
