And just recently its made its MARK in Amsterdam. Another superb Petrarch project, bought to us courtesy of our Holland Petrarch Panel distributor, CFS Nederland.

Mark taps into the new energy of Buiksloterham with a dynamic mixed-use complex for living, working and leisure. A three-storey podium with atrium forms the social hub where hospitality venues, (co) working spaces, work/home ateliers and a shared roof terrace create a lively buzz. Above, two residential towers contain compact, flexible lofts with high, bright interiors and generous outdoor spaces. Its patchwork of volumes, colours and (circular) materials reflects Buiksloterham’s diversity and ambitions for a circular future. Marc Koehler Architects.
